Melisse Brambila (hereinafter, "The Data Controller"), operating from a business address in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for the processing, use, and protection of your personal data. In this regard, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), this Privacy Notice is issued.

To carry out the purposes described in this document, the Data Controller will collect the following categories of personal data through forms on the website, WhatsApp messages or email:
Identification and contact information: Full name, phone number (WhatsApp) and email address.
Location data (only for home services): Full address of the property where the service will be performed, access characteristics and arrival directions.
Health data (Sensitive Personal Data): Information on pre-existing medical conditions (such as pacemaker use, pregnancy, epilepsy, metal implants or psychiatric disorders) for the sole purpose of evaluating contraindications and ensuring the client's physical safety during sound therapies or massages.
2. Purposes of Data Processing
Your personal data will be used strictly for the following primary purposes necessary for the provision of the service:
Manage, confirm, reschedule or cancel your booking requests for in-cabin or at-home services.
Prepare customized quotes and evaluate travel expenses for extended services.
Ensure your health and safety by verifying that there are no medical contraindications for sound or craniofacial massage.
To issue tax invoices if expressly requested by the Client.
Maintain direct communication about the status of your appointment via WhatsApp or email.
3. Data Transfer
The Responsible Party undertakes not to transfer, sell or share your personal data with third parties, business partners or unrelated companies, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, or when strictly required by a competent judicial authority in accordance with Mexican law.
4. Security Measures
Your personal data is processed under strict administrative, technical and physical security measures, guaranteeing its confidentiality and preventing its loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
5. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use ( Access ). Likewise, you have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete ( Rectification ); to have it deleted from our records or databases when you believe it is not being used appropriately ( Cancellation ); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes ( Opposition ).
To exercise any of your ARCO rights, you must send a written request to the official email address: soundhealing.pdc@gmail.com including:
Your full name and contact information (phone or email).
A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
Copy of an official identification (INE or Passport) to prove your identity.
The Responsible Party will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of receipt.
6. Use of Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We inform you that our website may use cookies or other similar technologies to automatically collect browsing data for statistical purposes and to optimize the website's technical aspects. These tools do not extract personal information from your device and can be disabled directly from your internet browser settings if you wish.
